  • Hideyuki Ebihara

    At CyberAgent Ventures (now CyberAgent Capital) where he was employed for 12 years, he was seconded to investment targets and engaged in investment/management support for domestic start-up companies. He led the launch of investment in Korea and was stationed in Seoul for 4 years as the representative of the Korean branch. After going independent, he worked in management support for multiple companies before joining this association. His theme is to create hybrid companies/businesses that combine Japan and overseas, making use of his experience in both Japan and overseas.

  • Hiroki Asano

    After working at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and a buyout fund, he was involved in listed equity investment at Fidelity Investments, and was in charge of M&A and venture investment at COLOPL. After going independent, he was involved in supporting domestic and overseas startups, expanding the Japanese operations of Khosla Ventures in the US, and serving as an outside director for Sun Asterisk. In 2018, he founded Aslead Capital Pte. Ltd. He is a graduate of Waseda University and London Business School.

  • Shunsuke Itadani

    After serving as China representative for Dream Incubator (DI), he went independent in 2018 in order to make a long-term commitment to China. His mission is to be one of the “envoys to Tang China in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” and to accurately convey China’s cutting-edge trends to Japanese strategic/policy decision makers. He has lived in Shanghai since 2011 (has visited all provinces in China). CEO of DANNY Pro.. Distinguished Lecturer of Peking University and Adjunct Professor of Shanghai International Studies University. Graduated from the University of Tokyo and completed a degree in Frontier Informatics at the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences at the same university.

  • Sanghyun Han

    After working as an analyst at Mizuho Securities, head of the Korean startup sales team, and senior consultant at Nomura Research Institute, he joined PKSHA Algorithm Fund as the Korea/Japan representative. He is currently making cross-border investments between Japan and Korea, making the most of his 10 years of experience living in Japan and his experience in securities, startups, and strategy consulting. He graduated from the Faculty of Education at Waseda University.

  • Ryeoil Kim

    After working in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch Japan Securities, he was involved in IPO and M&A FA work, and was in charge of listing on the Mothers market, IR, corporate planning, business development, and M&A at Pixta Inc. After acquiring a Korean company, he oversaw business expansion in Korea as the representative of the local subsidiary. After that, he joined CAMPFIRE Inc. and was in charge of finance and IR work, supporting unlisted startups while also working to promote exchanges and development of the startup ecosystem between Japan and Korea.

  • Hisanori Kumikawa

    After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Economics, he joined ITOCHU and was charge of new investment, business management, trading, and agency sales in a wide range of fields, including nuclear fuel for nuclear power plants, copper, zinc, and the phenol chain which is a chemical product derived from petroleum. After that, as an entrepreneur, he joined a collection fashion brand startup which exhibited at Tokyo Collection. Experienced supply chain (upstream, midstream, downstream). Joined PKSHA Algorithm Fund from 2023.Theme: Business that can utilize Internet and Software in the manufacturing area (including Apparel/Food/Beverage/Entertainment).
